Default May have lost my mod. testing spot

On the north end of the little town I grew up in, (7 blocks long & 7 blocks wide) there are two bridge's with just a little over a 1/4 mile between them. Back when I was in my teens we measured off a 1/4 mile and painted a line across the road, people's been racing there before I was even born. There are two house's on the north side of the farthest bridge with a big gravel lot in front of them that would hold 5 semi - tractor trailers, that's where we alway's turned around to line up on the south side of that bridge to run back toward town. Well this past Friday I went there with my car, turned around in the big gravel lot, drove to the middle of the bridge, done a burn out, set my G-Tech meter and launched off the south end of the bridge. I done this two times, then I was turning back around on the first block in town to go back and make one more run. I was just starting to nose up to the highway and a little red late 80's model Mazda come skidding across in front of me blocking me in. I was freaking out wondering what the hell was going on, he jumped out of his car, come running to my driver's door and I buzzed down the window. He said what the hell do you think you're doing. I explained to him I was testing out my car and that people have been running their car's out there between those bridge's for 50 year's. He then told me that he was not going to put up with me out there revving my car up, it was upsetting his dogs. He looked like some tweeked out meth head that would probably kick my door in if I said anything he didn't like, so I just said I'm sorry I upset your dog's. He told me that he better not catch me doing that again, turned around and walked back to his car. When he got in his car he raised up a pistol in a holster, shook it a couple time's and nodded at me. I went ahead home and called a county cop that I know that live's there and asked who the nut case was that lived in the house on the other end of the bridge's. I told him the whole story, he was off duty and had me call the county police and file a report. When I talked to the officer on duty I told him what I had been doing and what happened, he said he would go to the house's and find out if he had a permit for the gun and if it was in his car. I told the officer that if he wanted to meet me in town, I would go out there and do a big burnout on the bridge to flush him out and he could just stop him when he came chasing me into town, he got a kick out of that and laughed. I hope the guy got his a$$ throwed in the slammer.
