It took me 1 hour to go 9 miles today in the SRT. Even in the W mode this car is HORRIBLE in the snow with all the mods and the Pilot Sports on back.
I got stuck for a minute or two every time I had to stop. Off idle the traction control light would on! People were looking at me like I was a dam idiot as all we had today was about half an inch. I finally got to my neighborhood and got stuck on a small hill and had to put it in reverse and go another way just to get home.
So there you have it folks...the SRT/6 with all those mods is one of the fastest cars out there in the summer and the SLOWEST one out there in a snowy winter! LOL.
Looks like i'll be getting me ANOTHER winter beater this year...
Well at least you won't get "towed" for hot-doggin' on the streets of Chi-Town in the winter weather. Do you plan to put it away and wait for spring?
Your post makes me appreciate living in So Cal. Temperature dropped all the way down to 68 Deg. today. Yup, winter's on the way.
It will give you sometime to install your next mod - perhaps a radar/laser detector?
