I went to fill the reservoir and it filled to the top of the neck. Then it proceeded to drain out onto the ground behind the front wheel in a nice clean stream. But it did not totally drain the reservoir. So my question is, is there an overflow tube or something limiting the capacity? or do I have a crack in the reservoir?

I tried to check, but it appears that they hung this part from a string and built the car around it. I do have the warranty to fall back on, but figured someone here may have info.
