I am a lobbyist, one who influences legislative action or inaction through oral or written communication or one who attempts to obtain the goodwill of members and employees of the Legislature.

It’s funny, the other night I was out and some girl asked me what I do. I told her I am a lobbyist and she said “oh cool, I used to work at a hotel too but only at the front desk.” Sadly she was a current college student, who I am pretty sure has not yet taken Government 101.
