I'm retired from the fed gov, was a Blood Bank Supervisor at a VA Med Cntr. , now double dipping at a private level one trauma center. Bought a new '07 Limited coupe on 12/5/07 for $23K...can't stop driving it...already have over a 1,000 miles on it...goal is to put 1,000,000 on it before I die.
Retired from the U.S. Air Force after 26 years as a project manager for new IT and communications systems. Back with the Air Force as a civil servant - Management Analyst for new IT capabilities.
Federal police officer after 12 years army. Had to edit my post because my wife said it wasn't my car, its hers. She is currently in law school after 4 years army.

I'm in the process of undergoing a significant change in my occupation. I'm in the process of buying a bar/restaurant a few blocks from where I live. If the financials check out, then I should close within a few months. I live in an area where there are going to be 25,000 new rental/condo units available in the next 3-4 years. There are currently very few if any good nightlife spots around here. If it works out I'm going to open an upscale wine bar in the area as well.
