I'd have to disagree with the checkered flag motif. I think it should remain classy and uncluttered. The car already has a LOT going on with the design, checkers would just add clutter. Just my $.02

Also, I like GatorLca's rendition with the exception of the stripes on the fender and of course the yellow wheels. I was thinking the exact same thing. All silver with black down the middle. That would look very nice!
