Excellent advise. Both times I've had my car in the shop, I had made an appointment and my Crossfire tech was with the service advisor waiting for me. Then when I came back to pickup the car the tech came out to the car with me and went over everything he had done. It really has been a first class experience so far. I hope they keep it up.
