Where do you think those swirls came from?

Why do they come back a few months after you wax your car? After all, the only person swirling anything onto your car is...well...you??

My opinion: Wax is like automobile crack cocaine. Once you get started, you are basically screwed for life. It starts a debilitating cycle of waxing, which never solves the problem - and in some cases makes it worse. Until one day you sit there waxing your car and start telling yourself crazy things like "waxing is necessary for cars to look good!"

My question is, what is the alternative?
