Had my second change recently, and had to turn around after half a block to get them to finish the job.
Yes, I could have done it myself, but after what these changes cost, I wasn't going to lift a finger.
Same happened to me except I caught it before leaving the lot. The service writer was ticked when I would not show him in my owners manual... told him to have the guy who did the work look it up in the shop manual. he also asked... "Can't you reset it yourself"? I could but that's not the way the system is supposed to work. To their defense... I guess it's a learning thing. :roll:
