Anyone seen this problem?

My passenger door is hard to close when both of the windows are up. Much harder than the drivers door. I really have to slam the door shut, and about a quarter of the time the window doesn't seal against the rubber correctly. The top of the glass gets stuck OUTSIDE of the "lip" on the seal piece! I actually have to press on the top of the window and push it back under the lip! I hate it when that happens. It is actually quite disturbing. :cry:

Anyone else seen this?
