I was stuck on I-95 yesterday evening on my way home due to a 6 car pollup (in baltimorese). Four lanes across and lots of gawkers :shock: looking at my car. I was worried there'd be another accident. Anyway, this guy pulls up beside me in a clean looking blue taurus and toots his horn. He asks me what kind of car I'm driving. "Chrysler Crossfire", I tell him. And then in disbelief he says "That's a Chrysler?" "Yep." In 2 mph traffic I shuffle ahead, and then a few moments later the taurus is beside me, and then the guy let's loose this question: "Is it a prototype or production." :lol: I almost soiled my dark slate leather. I wanted to laugh out loud (wouldn't have heard it over the cicadas anyway) before I politely answered. Just another fun day of owning a Crossfire. To date, I've yet to see another Crossfire in MD other than one with a dealer tag when I was driving my beater.
