Were you there when everyone used to hang out at the BK on Perring and Joppa? I think it moved around a bit since I was there all those years ago and a lot of guys hang out in a lot up on Belair Road at a grocery store.
Now to the other people around, mind you, this isnt just a bunch of punks, these are guys with REAL show quality rods like 40's Mercurys and T buckets and such.
a little less than 2 years. went to north plaza mall (off joppa rd., at perring parkway so probably the same area you mentioned) a couple weeks ago. all the classics and even some late models (vettes, stangs, lightnings, etc.) gather there every saturday night. last year they would meet in the lot where the new safeway is on belair rd. but they were asked to leave.
