Shopped the K&N oil filters the other day. K33HP-7004 is the one we need. It is hard to find any prices below $16 delivered and that was through Amazon. If anyone knows of a better deal, let me know. I am using K&N air filters (ordered through Amazon) and would like to have the K&N oil filters as well. I am aware that the WIX filters can be had for as little as $10 delivered (ordering 5 at a time).
Leary about WIX having worked 10+ years in service industry, We cut one apart and their products had less pleats and paper element would break down in catridge type filters. Wonder who is making M.B OEM filters... $16.00 is very cheap considering what we are protecting, pretty much like old Fram ad, Pay me now or pay me later.
OEM or K&N going on mine, I think engine is the last place to cut back on. Just my thoughts
