Default Re: SRT6 Engine Transplant

Top end complete finally... Here's some photos of the "table-top" assembly to check fitment. I installed the phenolic spacers and dual gaskets and had to find some 3mm spacers for the outboard plenum bolts because the spacer caused a larger gap on the outboard side of each plenum. For those of you planning on the phenolic spacers, you will need 4 spacers that are 3mm thick X 9mm diameter with a 6mm hole for the bolt. I also found some great insulated "O" connectors from an aerospace equipment supplier and replaced the OEM rubber ones that connect the supercharger inlet tube to the IC & plenums. Also replaced the OEM hose clamps with aerospace "T" bolt clamps.

Since the OEM intercooler connecting lines were very thin walled 5/8" aluminum pre-bent tubes, I replaced them with 3/4" since the rest of the new cooling system is all the same... And I insulated those tube and installed #12 AN fittings to connect them to the rest of the plumbing...
