Mine works fine (a unknown vintage Chamberlain). The range is better than the two mini remotes I had before, and at least as good as my wife's Murano. Irks me that power is killed to it IMMEDIATELY when you turn off the key, so many other things gracefully shut down (stereo, lights, etc.) I wonder why they didn't give the Homelink buttons a littel extra time?

As for that Genie Intellicode, it probably uses "rolling code" technology. If you press and hold the button after programming, does it blink rapidly for ~ 2 seconds? If so, you need to follow the "rolling code" special instructions. They should be in the manual on how to get the Homelink working with those. Or try here: http://www.homelink.com/program/gdo.html
