From the service manual for your pleasure:
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the steering wheel.
Refer to Page 19-25.
3. Remove the lower instrument panel cover (2).

4. Remove the instrument cluster bezel (1).
5. Remove the retaining screws from instrument cluster.
6. Move the instrument cluster toward the rear of the vehicle.
7. Unlock and disconnect the Instrument Cluster harness connectors
from the back of the instrument cluster.
8. Remove the instrument cluster from the vehicle
