Oh for SURE I wouldn't be taking a car in for service to the dealership who tried to sucker me back in for a deal change (despite their intentions, the contract says 'binding arbitration', let them submit it for 'arbitration' if they honestly are now disputing it). That'd be like just ASKING for SOMETHING not so garcious to happen to your vehicle while it's in there, and they respond with some legalese "we are not liable for what occurs on our lot" nonsense.
