I feel, and I think many members will agree, that it is below oneself and I believe below the car itself to run from the police. Think of it this way, I would have a lot more respect for the guy I see in his sports car (Corvette, Viper, etc.) waiting for the cop to give him his ticket than I would for the guy I see blow by me weaving through traffic at 160 trying to outrun the cops.
