I would think that even if fuel delivery is a problem at WOT with the 185mm pulley, wouldn't swapping in larger injectors solve that problem? That's all I had to do with my '00 Lightning. With my '04 lightning, all I would have needed to do was add a "Boost-a-pump" module from Kenne Bell superchargers to get more fuel.
