Problem solved!

I called the service writer and told him that because he lied to me and wasn't upfront, I wanted either 15k miles per year or 3 oil changes. He said he couldn't give me the miles and wouldn't give me the oil changes, because that was $450 out of his pocket. He was willing to give me $150 out of his pocket. He also offered the paint treatment again or an alarm system. Neither of which I wanted or need.

He said he couldn't help me if I wouldn't be resonable, so he said a manager would call. He did comment repeatedly that he was straightforward with me, but when I showed him how he wasn't, he didn't disagree.

So a manager called. I expected the worst. I gave him the entire story and he said he would give me whatever I wanted to make me happy. He offered either 15k miles or 3 oil changes. He didn't care. He wanted me to be a happy customer and get the lease sold to Chrysler.

I took the 15k miles and told him to fax a copy of it to me so I can see it before I come down. Now I'm just waiting for the fax!
