Many thanks to manisusmc for emailing me a service manual. If you look at pages 8J 81-82 some 26 Illumination and Indicator bulbs are shown on a rear view schematic of the instrument panel. They are counter-clockwise twist out and clockwise twist-in according to page 82. However, from feeling of the back of one side of my instrument cluster, I didn't find these. Not sure if design changed (doubt it as I felt of the back of an early 2004 model and was the same), or the back of instrument panel has to be removed, or ???. Haven't looked thru entire manual but removal procedures for entire cluster are shown. Looks involved as steering wheel and lower panels come off.
