Default Wind Noise & Radiator Hose

Went in to a Dealer I've Had Good Experience with in Rental and They Were Very Nice and Responsive. They Have Not Worked on Many CrossFires, However, and Cracked the Door Panel While Performing Adjustments for Wind Noise on Driver Side. They Had to Replace the Door Panel Which I Was Told Was a First and That Took an Extra Half Hour. The Process is 1- Adjust 2- Drive 3- ReAdjust So They Timed out before Completely Solving the Issue, However, the Noise is Almost Imperceptible Under 40 MPH Now. If AnyOne Else Has to go in for this Service I Would Request your Free Loaner as I was Waiting for 3 Hours and they Still Needed More Time. Hose Check Was UnEventful as No Service was Needed. As For Dealers Not Being Courteous Because You Did Not Purchase From them: They Should Be Jumping at the Chance to Impress you and Win the $3000-$5000 In Service Moneys They May be able to Garner! So if your Not Impressed Shop Around. Business Practice and Employee Ethic Vary From Company to Company. Just Try and Find One That UnderStands they Are Making an Initial Investment to Fix TSB Issues, But Your In the Position to Bring in Future Service Money and Even New Vehicle Money or the Trade In Bonanza!
