When I first brought mine for the wind noise....I didn't get a free loaner...no phone call telling me they can't fix it that day...and no service done.. XFIREX has to stay overnight in their shop ops:

I think WE Crossfire owners should demand a good service since we're the ones buying their expensive cars!
