Pat, I can see where ya might come to that conclusion. LOL. But I have no plans of putting side exhaust on my Crossfire. I just can't leave well enough alone, that's all. As beautiful looking as a perfectly stock Crossfire is, I think it's classic lines offer a world of possibilities for any number of different modifications, whether it's custom paint jobs, aftermarket wheels, or even adding the occasional "scoop" now and then. My motto is "MIYO"....Make it your own.
Personally, I think a car needs to have a wheelbase of 100" or less to look good with a pair of side exhaust. Of course the Crossfire qualifies, but I also think it needs a V8 to back em up.
That being said, I do know a great bunch of "Craftsmen" that are chomping at the bit to do a "HEMI" Crossfire, and they have the expertise to do the job right too. It isn't going to be cheap, but I have faith the finished product is going to be worth it. Any takers?
