I took mine in for the same problems: no acceleration, and lurching at or above 70 mph. Turned out to be a bad clutch in the supercharger, and they replaced the entire supercharger under warranty (which was like $6k btw). After 31 days I received my car. Yippeee! Now i just need my license to drive the car, lolol. . But that's another story. .
