Angry Amplifier Question
We are at our wit's end. First, let me ask a question. Behind the fastory radio unit, there is a empty connection (black in color) that looks like the Amplifier connection. But, nothing has ever been connected to that. Is it possible, my amplifier was never connected and if so, I guess I would still get sound? I have NO problem with my radio.

Reason I am askng this is I got a Dual XHD6425 for Christmas from Crutchfield. After hooking it up, the power and other functions are fine. HOWEVER, there is NO sound. The rep on the phone said we need to hook up our amplifier (???). I cannot find any connection (lead/quick-disconnect) for Amplifierr. Where in the world is this located? Where the lead for it?

Please respond. Not sure if Crutchfield knows what they are talking about?
