Well if small adjustments can make a difference! and i'm not a mechanic ,but i can tell if a car runs a little smoother or with better response.I think it's mostly in throttle controls and i know certain cars have adjustments on that!
Very true... but I don't think it's something a dealer would do on a routine service unless you asked to check it out or if you were having a problem.
