Just like Strup said...about 20 minutes or less I have big hands and was able to do it fairly quickly. It's a tight spot and no you don't have to take off the fascia. Just a small cap over the back...disconnect plug...release tension spring...turn bulb counterclockwise and release....reverse for install making sure not to touch bulb with fingers(natural oils from hands shorten bulb life) It can be frustrating but it can be done!
