You are gear limited to 163mph (give or take a mph or two depending on rear tire swell at high revolution). You would have to go to a taller ring and pinion, then you would be HP limited. I don't believe the SRT has enough cajones to break 180ish mph without some serious mods. You can do the math for yourself to find out:

Frontal Area: 20.56 sq/ft
Coefficient of Drag: .37

Just google top speed calculator (or top speed formula if you want to do the math by hand).
