If the Challenger doesn't save Chrysler, they're done I suspect. I think even that may not save them because of the Gas issue. They should have done the Challenger project 5 years ago. Last night during the Super Bowl, Chrysler was supposed to have started a new ad campaign called "New Day." I guess they had to pull out at the last minute because they couldn't afford the ad slot. Pitty, they are hurting badly!
I agree about the bad timing of the Challenger. I can't see $40k car with a gas hungry V8 generating a whole lot of sales.
