I am in Texas. I had this problem when I took delviery of the car. I was made in oct of last year. It currently has almost 2000 miles on it. All the cars on the lot seem to have various degress of this problem occuring. I wash the car once a week, the dealer probably rinses them that often. I only wash mine with a sheepskin pad and use the air dry system, then I wipe it with some Zaino gloss enhancer.

My dealer has a person coming in on the 28th to investigate it and will tell me how they plan to handle the situatioin at that point.
