:? I want to replace the red triangle button for the hazard lights with one which matches the aluminium (aluminum?) of the console. I would be with a silver button which has a small red triangle in the middle.

Does anyone know if this is firstly legal in the UK (as all cars seem to have a big red button these days); and secondly if it is possible :?: Any advice on this would be most welcome.

The option of prying the existing button off and spraying it silver seems a little ad-hoc.
