yes, i fully understand the path of the airflow, but the intake manifolds are not connected to anything heat conductive other then the intake runners which are molded into the s/c body, if you said you could touch the intake manifolds longer after the spacer i would agree, but for the supercharger to be cooler (which is still connected to the intake runners which are connected to the heads) doesnt make sense. are you saying the intake manifolds withotu the spacers are absorbing heat and then transfering it back thru the intake runners to the supercharger enough to make an effect (over what the head is transfering)?

please dont get me wrong, i see the theory of keeping cooler intake manifolds so the air traveling thru them does not get heated up as much. but for the cooling effects to be transferred backwards 3 steps im not seeing. have you ever installed a spacer setup on just one side and then took the car to get them warmed up and shot each intake manifold with a laser thermometer to see the difference?
