SRT Performance List
1fast,
I added the plug wires to the list. I didn't add them before because they are only listed for the c32.
Anything else you have that I haven't listed, just post up and I'll add it to the list. I would like to have to most complete list available for everyone to benifit from.
Thanks for answering NW's question about the spacers.

Look forward to these - perhaps I will wait to pull the SC, Plenums and Valve Covers for polishing so I can re-assemble with all the spacers at the same time.

THE TOY, thats a nice collection of info you have there. How about posting up all those mods and part numbers in this thread, as i dont have the time or memory to sign up on another forum.
The intake spacers are a cheap way to keep the intake plenums cool"er". They are 1/8" thick and go between the plenum and intake runners leading directly down into the head. First remove your air intake. Remove the upper clamps in the back of the engine where the y-pipe meets the plenums. Remove the 6 torx bolts on each plenum from the outside in. Twist the plenums upwards and remove them from the engine bay, this will expose the stock gaskets. I cleaned the stuck on gasket pieces with a scotch brite pad. Some of the small pieces fall into the head at the intake valves. I blew out as much as possible with compressed air and didnt worry about the rest. The gaskets must be pre-formed before installing them on the plenum in order to clear the fuel rails. You can do this visually or you can turn the intake manifold upside down and press the gaskets into shape. I also found that using a small bit of rtv/silicone on the gaskets help keep them together in place with the spacer. Upon reinstallation do everything the same in reverse order. Lay the gaske/spacer assemply over the ports. Place the ends of the plenums in the y-pipe hoses they connect to. Make sure the hose clamps are on first but keep them loose. Torque the plenum bolts from the middle outwards. I used a drop of blue locktite on each bolt as well.

I've also made a small write-up about each catagory that should help all the newer members as well as a few regulars. Some of the catagories also have a bit of my opinion in them, but I also tried to keep my opinion somewhat netural too. This list is only the start of what I feel is going to be available for our Crossfire's in the very near future.
I hope this helps everyone in some way or another.

I had every intention of saving money this year. However, due to THE TOY list and LET’s R&D it looks like another year of splurging. Thanks guys, thanks a bunch

To your alcohol injection systems, add labonte motorsports www.labontemotorsports.com . I just bought a system from them. Check out the VCS3G controller, very nice setup.
The nicest systems IMO.
Toy,
PowerDisc now has both the front and rear slotted rotors. Dont know about the drilled rear. I just received my rotors from brakeworld and they sent me the PowerDisc slotted rear instead of the XBrake drilled/slotted. the PowerDisc SLOTTED rotor PNs are;
1407-27820 (13") Front
1407-27821 (11 3/4") Rear

We have HP dyno numbers on the SL55 now, about 30

CAI's:
I'm using the BDJ's twin tube intake. The factory air boxes are very restrictive in all area's of their design. This intake has been dyno'd to show an increase of 30 HP to the wheels over the stock setup.
The Needswing intake uses a single tube but places the filter in front of the radiator, directly behind the grill for optimal air intake. This intake also increase about 30 HP on the dyno.
The SL55 intake is a larger version of the SRT-6 intake and helps with airflow while still retaining some of the factory look.
