This one cost about $160, which was way more than I wanted to pay, but I'm glad I bought it. It fits your hand really nice and with a stick shift your hand is on the shift **** much of the time.

This shift **** is a nice improvement!
No Instructions come with the ****, here's what I did.
Squeeze boot base and lift up.
Unscrew gear shift retainer under the boot.
Pull up to remove shift **** and remove boot from ****.
Place new retainers on boot, then place on gear shaft.
Press new **** on gear shaft. It should not turn if its on far enough.
Screw on retainers and reset boot base.
