On 2004 models there is a small black plastic power distribution block in front of the battery that has three or four wires coming out of it. I believe it is mounted to the strut tower. The top snaps open and all you have to do is remove the wire that is labeled hydraulic unit (traction). Its one of the wires in the middle. You need a small socket to remove it.
