Sorry guys, I think my sense of humor may be way too subtle, so I'll explain what I found funny (besides the actual lawsuit itself):
The LHC is called the "Large Hadron Collider". A Hadron is a type of subatomic particle.
If you look carefully, the New York Times article in the picture I showed misspelled Hadron as Hardon. A Hardon is....well...I'm sure you know what that is.
The idea that the Swiss would be making a "Large Hardon Collider", which when you think about it, is pretty disgusting, made me laugh.
