Well, instead of the flowmaster I went with the magnaflow 14220 and I have to say that it sounds way better than I expected. It doesn't sound like a rice burner but instead a nice med/semi loud(not loud to me but my Dad said he could hear it from the house when I left to go home) mellow sound.
There are a few things with it that I'm not satisfied with though. The stock tips stick out a lil more than when it was on the stock muffler and also it feels like there's less torque when stepping all the way down on the gas pedal(kinda like when the crossfire starts out slow every once in awhile). Hopefully the torque picks back up when it breaks in but all in all I'm really happy with the magnaflow.
