I didn't put the Mercedes Logos all over my Crossfire - Mercedes-Benz did!!

It has more Mercedes-Benz stars stamped on every single part then there are Chrysler logos on the entire car.

As a matter of fact - there are more AMG logos on my Crossfire then Chrysler emblems.

Take your Crossfire to the Chrysler dealer for repair - more then likely they will stare at it and go ...huh??.... Take a Crossfire part to your dealers parts department and ask them where the Chrysler part number is - ...huh?? If they can look-up the part number and find it - chances are they have to place an order with the Michigan - who then places and order with Mercedes, who ships the part to Michigan...you get my point...

I am sure many have been through this - I needed a simple part for my front brake, the dealer couldn't even find the part#, I went next door to the MB dealer - told him I had a 2003 SLK32 - he put the part in my hand and charged me $6.00. Same with my spring pads - same with the IAT sensor.

And I'm lucky - the local Chrysler dealer has a great service tech. They call him the "German" service technician. (Crossfire & Sprinters) He fixed my injector issue - and he's good friends with the senior mechanic at the MB dealer next door - calls him on the cell phone to get the 411.

Chrysler may have sold the Crossfire - but that's about it. When most of the factory warranties have expired - I'm willing to bet the MB dealers will gladly repair your Chrysler vehicle.

BTW - I like Chrysler products -- I almost purchased a new 300C SRT8 before I purchased my Crossfire
