Hi just to try and clear up the queries ref' dashboard/instrument/switch lighting - the workshop manual describes these as LED lights which are permanantly fixed, and these are not servicable, if a light fails then the whole instrument/switch unit will need changing. (very worrying) There are no bulbs in the instrument panelling and switches. Some of my switches are bright, some are quite dim. This is one of the poor quality issues I have with car, but we just have to live with it.
