haven't tryed the rotex, but the Posi quiet pads are wonderful. the ceramic resist heat soak, and has low to zero dusting on the rims.
I also like the fact that the ceramics are not chewing up the rotor, like the oem pads, which would make grooves on the rotor.

I can do 8 sets of 80mph to 10mph emergency stops before fade occurs on the base model brakes durring break in.

The posi quets keep the rotor very clean and smooth finish. Love em! The y are sold on ebay about $90 for all four rotors I think.
