I got mine from Brake World and they were shrink wrapped from the factory. I am having the rotors turned friday and the pads installed. I sprayed Permatex Disc Brake Quiet on the backs of the pads to hopefully try to suppress any noise issues. I am really confused as to why some are having problems and others are not. Also hope I'm not wasting time and money. Only thing is I had high expectations on the Rotex pads from all of the posts. The original equipment pads really perform well for me except for the dusting issue.

Lets all keep each other informed through this thread on any new findings.

I just noticed that I'm in the SRT6 section. I reviewed the other Rotex threads and for the most part they're positive and have had good results. Maybe its linked to the SRT6 having larger brakes or slotted rotors. I'll keep you posted on Rotex on my limited roadster.
