I see both sides but, I must side with the customer, 1st you sent him the wrong part and he proceeded to try to install it. You can't see that it's wrong until you remove your own thermostat 1st RIGHT. Therefore send him the right one and eat the wrong one !
Yeah it's not like there are lots of different parts for the srt6, just one! send him the right one and eat your losses, he is going to have to pay for labor twice due to no fault of his own!
