From my perspective, the order was incorrectly filled. You sent him the wrong part. It appears customer service is no longer high on ANYONES list. I would expect if TVT is a reputeable company they would do the right thing. After all is it worth loosing customers over the cost of a thermostat? JUst send him a new one and be done with it!
