The thermostat we sent has worked on both SC and NA cars. Many of our overseas customers have received the thermostat and have had zero issues with install. Mistakes do happen in companys. We were trying to handle it the best way possible.

We didn't come out on top in this scenario and neither did the customer. We have no money from the transaction and a "broken" part. The customer is without a part. He was having his coolant system flushed to install other items at the time. He may have failed to mention that one of the other parts he had also did not work (different company).

Yes the customer is always right, but the original agreed upon transaction was not met, and thus we could not send out another thermostat free of cost.

If you purchased brake pads from Brakeworld and they sent you the wrong ones (happens a lot, not a knock on them) would you take apart the pad and send them back and expect a refund?

Nice dime drop, but the difference between them and you is they owned up to it and more than made up for it. I'm getting a refund now? Thats news to me. I realize mistakes happen and I didn't get mad even though I ate the the cost for the install and shipping it back till you told me that get it put back together or pay for another one bit.
