why are there 2 different parts?.. 112, 113?... which one is better? which one is newer?...
As for all this mess about customer service... both parties are to be blamed for this outcome, just as much...
1. Wrong part( was there anyway Mr. TVT could've known it's 112 or 113? )
2. That mechanic is great... like it wasn't bad enough the client recieved the wrong part, now he broke it...
