Default Re: Bad Customer Service

This is really getting interesting, except for the individual members bantering. Name calling should be left on the playground

The opinons everyone is providing is very good. We have all experienced something simular to this and if you work for yourself more frequently.

My opinion............just because....................

TVT, SEND OUT THE CORRECT PART. No charge and fix the other one yourself. I can understand the mechanic trying to make it work. You are trying to get a small business going and it is just not worth this. Sometimes you just have to swallow. Win the war. The battle is a learning process.

Buyer........ Don't worry about the shipping costs. It is not that big of a deal. The most important issue is you XF and it functioning the way you intend it to do. There are not that many options we have to modify our cars and those thins that are available are a result of the members of this forum or individuals that are trying to help us out. Even though they may be making a buck, it is not an earthshattering amount. No one is trying to gouge you or I. (Except one company that I don't remember)

If you both have read all these posts, which I am sure you have, let's straighten out the errors and go forward.

Good luck
