Actually, if we're talking "the law"--whether the part was the right part or the wrong part, the mechanic is responsible for returning it to BlueMDSRT6 in the same condition he (the mechanic) received it. I totally understand BlueMDSRT6's frustration--feeling caught between TVT sending out the wrong part and the mechanic breaking it. However, I feel he's bullying TVT cause he knows he can pressure him from the comfort of his computer on this forum vs. driving back to the mechanic and confronting him face to face. It's just human nature!
