You know there comes a time in operating a business that right or wrong you send or "eat" a part which you must admit is way overpriced to a customer to keep face in the business world. I will go along with you and say the customer didn't go on line to get justice he went on line to try to screw you. Pretty petty way of going after a small business. But and this is a BIG BUT if you are going to use this forum to market your products rather than go through the usual channels this is the type of customer you will get and receive. Buck it up Send him a new piece and yes apologies for trying to screw him. You have to admit it is you that at this point that got screwed. You are going to loose allot of business due to your Cheapness.
Now for you Blue MDSRT you had no intention of getting what you deserved show me any Company that would repay you for in install, there isn't one. You chose a cheap heartless childish way to get them back. I hope you get your part and I hope you also get whats really due...
