Unfortunately not everything goes as smooth as planned and things end up happening. Believe me if we had any possible way of fixing the thermostat we would, but we don't. I offered the more expensive part at the lower price, but I can't lose two products due to a mechanics mistake.

If he would've explaine the situation to me when we first spoke on the phone, or the several PM's he sent me I would've at least offered an alternative to the situation. But I was smacked in the face with a note when I opened the box.

Unfortunately we will lose SRT business from this and that is something we can accept. I believe there are far more positive things to say about our company then negative and many will see that we did treat the customer very fairly.
So how bout that exhaust? (an attempt to lighten things up...)

But seriously...how about that exhaust?
